As you most likely know, the 380 as general coverage receive. This means the only issue for the WARC Bands is transmit capability. Service Bulletin 10 allows the 380 to transmit on the WARC Bands.

If I remember correctly, the production cut in serial number for Service Bulletin 10 was 2100. This means that any 380 with a serial number of 2100 and above, already has Service Bulletin 10 installed from the factory. Any serial numbers prior to that must have this service bulletin installed in order to transmit on the WARC Bands...
