FOR WHAT IT"S WORTH: Here's what I found: use a good crinkle paint, like
Rust-oleum, 5 minutes apart, 3 coats. THEN use a heat gun to enhance the
crinkle. The you tube videos were helpful but I have yet to get out to the
garage to retry this technique.  Powder coat was suggested by a friend.
